NFL and Abercrombie & Fitch Launch First-Ever Fashion Partnership

The NFL and Abercrombie & Fitch have partnered in a historic fashion-first deal, launching the Abercrombie Style Concierge, athlete-led campaigns, and co-designed apparel. With products available for all 32 NFL teams, the collaboration highlights how sports, fashion, and fandom are converging to reshape the fan experience.

NFL and Abercrombie & Fitch Launch First-Ever Fashion Partnership

The National Football League and Abercrombie & Fitch have announced a groundbreaking multi-year partnership, officially naming Abercrombie & Fitch as an Official NFL Fashion Partner. This marks the first time the NFL has designated a league sponsor in fashion, signaling a new era in the convergence of sports and style. Building on Abercrombie’s success since introducing licensed NFL products in 2022, the collaboration aims to redefine fan fashion through athlete-led campaigns, player-designed apparel, and lifestyle collections that blur the lines between gameday arrivals and everyday wear.

A Strategic Step Forward

“As the NFL continues to evolve, we are partnering with brands that share our strategic vision,” said Tracie Rodburg, senior vice president of global partnerships at the NFL. “Naming Abercrombie & Fitch as an official sponsor reinforces our position as a growing leader in the fashion community, creating deeper connections with our fans at the convergence of fandom and fashion and celebrating our players’ dynamic style.” The partnership highlights the league’s commitment to expanding its reach, particularly among female fans, who now make up nearly half of the NFL’s audience.

Fashion Meets Fandom

Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Fran Horowitz explained why this moment matters: “We’re uniquely positioned for this moment where sports, fashion, and culture are converging like never before. Officially becoming a league sponsor is a natural progression. As a style authority, we’re creating products that let fans represent their team while expressing their personal style.” The partnership is not only about apparel but also about meeting the needs of a growing fan base that values authenticity and creativity.

The Abercrombie Style Concierge

A centerpiece of this new collaboration is the launch of the Abercrombie Style Concierge, a first-of-its-kind service providing curated outfitting for select NFL athletes. With in-house styling experts tailoring looks to individual players’ personalities and schedules, this service highlights how far the NFL’s fashion game has come. To celebrate the launch, Abercrombie has debuted its largest-ever sports campaign, “Style Concierge,” featuring Christian McCaffrey, Amon-Ra St. Brown, CeeDee Lamb, and Tee Higgins. Each player has also partnered with the brand to co-design limited-edition apparel available this NFL season.

Honoring the NFL’s Legacy of Style

“Style has always been a part of the NFL’s DNA, from the history of the game to players’ gameday outfits,” said Kyle Smith, fashion editor at the NFL. “Partnering with Abercrombie & Fitch lets us honor that legacy while introducing a new generation of fans to looks that are timely, versatile, and connected to the culture of NFL football.”

Players Lead the Movement

Several NFL stars—including Fred Warner, Drake Maye, Cooper DeJean, and Jake Ferguson—will also receive early access to the Abercrombie Style Concierge. This reflects the campaign’s emphasis on player influence, underscoring how athletes are not only performers on the field but also tastemakers shaping modern fan culture. Christian McCaffrey echoed this connection: “Performance starts with confidence, and for me, that means feeling good in what I wear. Abercrombie understands that style and comfort go hand in hand. This partnership lets us bring fans apparel that delivers on both fronts.”

Fashion for All 32 Teams

Fans can now shop the collaboration, which includes men’s and women’s apparel such as hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, outerwear, and accessories featuring all 32 NFL teams. Items are available at select Abercrombie stores and online at Abercrombie.com, making it easier than ever for fans to represent their team while expressing their own personal style.
