Following his retirement from the NBA, Russell Westbrook may have another opportunity to stay on the court.

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Ice Cube revealed that he'd like to speak with Westbrook about joining the BIG3, adding another star name to the growing 3-on-3 league.

Fans Still Want to See Westbrook Play

"Regardless if he plays in the NBA or not, people want to see him play," Ice Cube said. "Why not give the fans what they want?"

Ice Cube believes Westbrook's competitive style and star power would make him one of the league's biggest attractions.

A Legacy That Still Resonates

Westbrook retired as one of the most accomplished players of his generation, earning an MVP award, multiple All-Star selections, and cementing himself as one of the greatest triple-double threats in NBA history.

His relentless energy and passion for the game helped make him one of basketball's most recognizable figures.

A Potential Win for BIG3

For the BIG3, landing a player with Westbrook's résumé would be a major boost as the league continues to attract former NBA talent and expand its reach.

Whether Westbrook has interest in continuing his playing career remains to be seen, but Ice Cube has made it clear that the door is open.

What's Next?

As fans react to the possibility, all eyes will be on whether Ice Cube's public pitch leads to Westbrook's future appearance in the BIG3.
